Q. I have deleted the account from Messaging>Options>Email and it clearly shows Mailbox in Use as NONE. But every time a new email arrives, the header shows up on my home screen, which also always displays the number of current unread messages? How do I delete this permanently?
A. You need to go into email settings to delete an account, as follows:
Communic. --> Messaging --> Options --> Settings --> E-mail
Then scroll down until the email account you want to delete is selected, and choose:
Options --> Delete
and then you'll be asked to confirm that you want to delete it

A. It needs to be repaired. Your E71 is probably old already.
