A. if u can provide me with your product code found on the sicker under the battery i can help u u have to make the nokia think its a different product code than it is to update to the the latest firmware it will also probably debrand it

Q. Whenever I connect my Nokia 5800 to our wireless BT Home Hub, the connection only lasts a few minutes before it disconnects, causing me to have to manually connect it again. This is a real pain. Does anyone else know how to stop this? Thanks.
A. you need to resat the wifi router and delete the wifi access point from device and .menu>settings>connectivity>destination>internet >wifi (name) delete that one .
