stop putting any new data on your mobile phone now.
Just follow the steps below:
1. Connect your card to computer using a digital cable or a card reader. You should see memory card shown as a drive letter (like H:) in Windows Explorer.
2. Download recover software, recommended one is Wondershare Photo Recovery (simply because I used it and it worked)

Install and start the software, select your memory drive, you will find the card in the left list and click Next to start the automatic scanning process.
3. preview and recover deleted pictures.
you can preview your pictures from Preview Window to check if all the pictures are recoverable.

A. the music/video downloaded from itunes is drm protected. you need to get a drm removal to help you convert it to drm free format first. i suggest you take daniusoft media converter pro for a shot. it works fine for me. you can free download it from http://www.softdiggs.com/digital-media-converter-pro.php
