A. Not possible, bluetooth is only for transmission with other bluetooth devices for sharing files. Your phone connects to a cell tower for internet. The only other way is if your phone has wi-fi and you have a wireless connection available.

A. Take it to a reliable Nokia dealer and they will know what do with it.
