Q. How can I export messages from my Nokia xpressmusic 5130 so that I can read it on my computer even if the device is not connected to the computer. I've a very long chat conversation that I want to save as a document/pdf with all messages having date and time on it. Suggest any software. I m using OVI, but that cant serve my purpose.

How can I change the speakers of Nokia 5300 and swap it with the speakers from N95 or better phone ?

A. Sorry, but that is Impossible! There's no way you can 'upgrade' your speakers...
There are however 'codes' you could use to make your phone louder, but they could damage your phone permanently.
Try this code by typing it and dialing it on your 5300...

It might not work, or you will barely notice the difference. I've searched the net and there aren't many codes for Nokia devices.
I advise you to upgrade to a new smartphone...

How come the videos i transfer from my Nokia don't have audio?
Q. I have a Nokia 3500c.
I recorded some videos which i was planning to share with some friends, but when i played the videos (using VLC media player) there was no sound, just video.
I used Nokia PC suite to transfer the videos, and when i right clicked on the video menu (on PC suite) and selected 'Play' the video played with audio just fine.

A. Phoenix, I've had problems with the Nokia PC Suite software too, as has one of my (IT Engineer) Sons! Eventually, I managed to sort these issues out with the help of the technicians at Nokia's Customer Help service. There's an online questionnaire you can find and send to them on their website. They came back within 24 hours with the answers I needed.They do need very precise information though, to be able to help you quickly!
