connecting nokia n810 to the internet through a phone?

Q. what type of internet do you need to connect a nokia n810 to the internet through blue-tooth. Do you need need internet like the iphone, sidekick, ohellolio ocean, etc or can u just have the internet that the basic flip phones be haveing?

A. You need internet. Period. The higher the speed (transfer rate) the better but you do not need to sweat about it being too low.

The phone acts as a modem, it is the N810 that does the handling of the data and the rendering in the browser.

So, any Nokia phone will do, a 3G one would be preferable in order to ensure better speed.

Where can I buy extra styluses for my Nokia N810 Internet Tablet?

Q. I need to get extra styluses for my N810, seeing as how I've already lost one. Luckily, the tablet came with a spare, but I need two or three more, just in case. Any stylus, as long as it has the same design, works. Thanks.

A. Styluses are ridiculously hard to find in the both US and UK (I have the N770 and have scoured the internet for them also). Many people purchase Palm or Nintendo DS styluses as replacements.

Alternatively, there are a few eBay listings here: http://search.ebay.com/search/search.dll?sofocus=bs&sbrftog=1&dfsp=1&catref=C6&from=R10&_trksid=m37&satitle=nokia+stylus&sacat=-1%26catref%3DC6&saprclo=&saprchi=&sargn=-1%26saslc%3D2&sadis=200&fpos=49858&sabfmts=1&saobfmts=insif&ftrt=1&ftrv=1&fsop=1&fsoo=1

How do i get themes for my nokia n95?

Q. I no how to download them and stuff but when i send them to my phone, open it as a message and open it. It dosent come up in themes and i caint select it. Any help will be great (y)
When i send it, I open it from my message box and then it comes up copy, and open. What do i do then ?

A. Themes for the N95 as well as any other Symbian Smartphone will come in SIS or SISX file (Symbian Installer). You would need to run that installer and install the theme first before you can use it.

Unlike Nokia Cellphones (Series 40), that come in .NTH files, NTH (Nokia Theme) files wont work on S60 Smartphones or Symbian Smartphones.

Basically, all you need to do is to put the SIS or SISX file in your memory card and open it using File Mgr. on your phone. It will ask you where to install it (memory card or phone memory).

If you Bluetooth the file to your phone, then it SHOULD go in your Messaging Inbox. From there, open the Bluetooth Message and it should install.

Once everything is installed, you can go to Settings -> Personalization -> Themes and select it from there. The path will be different if you have a different firmware. I suggest installing the latest firmware for your phone to enjoy the benefits of your N95.

Q. I installed some themes on my nokia 6210 navigator. I wanted to remove them already, but theres no command for uninstalling the application. Any idea how to do it?

A. Themes are installed as Symbian applications. So, their uninstallation process is the same. Goto 'Menu', select 'Application' -> 'App. mgr.' or 'App. manager' -> 'Installed apps.', scroll to each of the theme-files, which you want to delete, and press 'Uninstall' -> 'Yes'. After that, the phone will start uninstalling the selected theme.

How to recover deleted photos from nokia N97?

Q. I stupidly deleted them and now in a major panic. Is there any way to get them back?

A. of course you can get them back on your own.
stop putting any new data on your mobile phone now.
Just follow the steps below:
1. Connect your card to computer using a digital cable or a card reader. You should see memory card shown as a drive letter (like H:) in Windows Explorer.
2. Download recover software, recommended one is Wondershare Photo Recovery (simply because I used it and it worked)
http://www.data-recovery-utilities.com/photo-recovery/
Install and start the software, select your memory drive, you will find the card in the left list and click Next to start the automatic scanning process.
3. preview and recover deleted pictures.
you can preview your pictures from Preview Window to check if all the pictures are recoverable.

Good luck!
