Q. I am having trouble understanding how you can transfer photos from computer to my new mobile. What i am trying isn't working and does anyone know the correct way to do this?

A. you will need nokia pc suite and bluetooth for this.
Step 1: install nokia pc suite and configure your mobile phone
Step 2: switch on bluetooth in both devices and send it, easy as that.
If bluetooth isnt available in your PC or laptop, you can always use data cable.

How to completely turn of the internet on Nokia E71?

Q. I have a Nokia E71 and am paranoid about incurring fees for using the internet accidentally. Is there a setting that will disable all internet or wifi use that will cost me money?
I want to be able to turn the internet back on easily if I need to google something quickly - I am anticipating only using the internet once or twice a month briefly.

Q. I have deleted the account from Messaging>Options>Email and it clearly shows Mailbox in Use as NONE. But every time a new email arrives, the header shows up on my home screen, which also always displays the number of current unread messages? How do I delete this permanently?

Communic. --> Messaging --> Options --> Settings --> E-mail

Then scroll down until the email account you want to delete is selected, and choose:

Options --> Delete

and then you'll be asked to confirm that you want to delete it
